Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Softeez! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • During high-volume seasons, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
  • Cost: Displayed at checkout

Priority / Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
  • Cost: Displayed at checkout

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may impact delivery times.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Link to track your package online

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after a label is created.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


  • Softeez is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If you need to update your address, email hello@softeez.com immediately.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.


 

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

Lost Packages

 

A package is considered lost if:

  • No tracking activity for 7+ business days, or
  • The carrier confirms it is lost

We will:

  • Reship your order for free, or
  • Offer a refund or store credit

 

 

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package.

Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered, Not Received)

If your order shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Verify the address on file
  2. Check mailbox, porch, and with neighbors
  3. Contact the carrier for proof of delivery
  4. Then email us at hello@softeez.com

We will help investigate. Replacements for stolen packages may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email hello@softeez.com within 7 days
  • Include your order number and clear photos

We will replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Incorrect or Missing Items

 

If you received the wrong item or something is missing:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

We will send the correct item immediately at no cost.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Softeez purchase! If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.


Damaged / Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.
